The business should configure its workflow according to the current ZATCA requirements for each document type.
AI can extract invoice information, classify documents, and identify likely tax scenarios, but it should not replace deterministic validation. XML schema checks, tax calculations, QR verification, signature checks, and submission controls should be enforced by rules and tested integrations.
