No single behavior proves that a visitor is ready to buy. Viewing a pricing page can indicate strong intent, but it can also mean that someone is simply comparing market prices. A visitor from a paid campaign may be more valuable than a visitor from a general search, but the source alone is not enough to qualify them.
The bot should ask questions that change the next action. It should not ask questions merely because they appear on a standard lead form.
Speed matters once intent is clear. A bot can identify a high-intent visitor, but the process loses value if the alert sits unread for hours or if the visitor is sent to a generic inbox.
